Outdoor air quality and meteorological monitoring
An outdoor station combining gas measurement with wind speed, wind direction and humidity, reporting continuously to a municipal monitoring platform.
The setting
An outdoor monitoring point needs more than a gas reading. Concentration without wind speed and direction cannot be traced to a source, and it cannot be separated from a background change.
Why it is difficult
Outdoor stations live with rain, dust, temperature swings and power interruptions. The instrument has to keep working through all of it, and the data has to survive the gaps that remain.
What was deployed
An integrated station with gas channels, particulate measurement and meteorological sensors, reporting to a cloud platform with historical storage.
Outcome
Continuous outdoor record with weather context attached. Station configuration to be confirmed.
